At Dewvana, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@dewvana.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the product back using a trackable method.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or an error occurred on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, email us at contact@dewvana.com with photos within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale unless defective.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Dewvana is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the courier. Please contact the shipping carrier for claims.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
